- Responsibilities: managing and executing all areas of tree and landscape, including construction, installation and maintenance, irrigation, tree care, and risk assessment, as well as plant health care including pest and disease diagnostics. I have led and executed complex projects such as large-scale tree removals, tree preservation and protection plans, and construction projects requiring preservation of mature trees. I have developed and implemented tree and landscape management plans for commercial and residential properties.

- Responsibilities: Communicating with customers regarding tree needs and requests, recommending preventative and proactive treatments for plant diseases, pests, pathogens, and nutrient issues, creating project estimates, creating and enhancing safety procedures, tracking and updating project spending, costs, invoicing, prices and labor, implementing safety courses and continuing education courses for field employees, and presenting information on basic to advanced concepts, pests, diseases, and diagnostic methods to improve Plant Health Care leads.

Duration: February 2014 – February 2018
- Responsibilities: Reading blueprints to create project estimates, creating and enhancing safety procedures, tracking and updating project spending, costs, invoicing, prices and labor using management software, implementing safety courses and continuing education courses for field employees, integrating multiple accounting and management software for office and field use, authoring training materials for new software and equipment, integrating and administering advanced Pest Management schedules, and assisting in targeting company goals and objectives.
